hours notice. The Employer will not exercise this clause in an arbitrary manner. (g) A request for an exchange of tours set out in the posted time schedule must be submitted in writing and signed by the Nurses requesting the exchange. It is understood that such request for exchange shall not result in any premium payment and will not be unreasonably denied. 14.04 Self-Scheduling Guidelines (a) A Nurse will normally work on a specific team. It is understood that the Nurses will be responsible for the planning of their caseload as contained in the guidelines. (b) Nurses will self-schedule within their team with sufficient staffing complement to meet the caseload needs of the team. Meetings of the team to complete the staffing schedule may be scheduled for up to 30 minutes per month. (c) Once the staffing schedule which covers a one month period is completed by the team members, it will be submitted to the Employer for review and when approved, posted up to one month in advance. A copy of the original posted schedule will be placed in the Nurses’ office mailbox. (d) In the event that additional work becomes available after the schedule has been posted, the work shall be offered as follows: i) to full-time Nurses within the team who have been cancelled or who have been scheduled less than full-time hours; ii) to full-time Nurses from another team who have been cancelled or who have been scheduled less than full-time hours; iii) to part-time Nurses within the team who have been cancelled or who are non-scheduled but have indicated their availability; iv) to part-time Nurses from another team who have provided availability; v) to casual Nurses assigned to the team who have indicated availability; vi) to casual Nurses from another team who have provided their availability.

hours notice. The Employer Where crush and fermentation schedules make it necessary, a second or third shift may be manned from this crew without penalty providing no less than the required notice is given.
(d) When there is crush work that must be performed and no crush crew is scheduled for the shift, then employees who have indicated their willingness to work the Crush in accordance with (b) above will be utilized. When there is a shortage of crush work during the shift, employees scheduled on the crush crew shall work their scheduled hours by:
(i) being assigned alternate work if available; or:
(ii) exercising their seniority to bump back into their regularly scheduled position, providing the employee has clean work wear; or:
(iii) at the option of the Company, be assigned to other plant clean-up duties.
(e) An employee called in to work, and subsequently bumped, must have worked a minimum of four (4) hours, and the bumping shall not exercise this clause result in an arbitrary mannerunscheduled overtime.
(f) In the event of the cancellation of a Bottling or bag line shift or line breakdown, Bottling workers may bump scheduled crew, based on seniority, pertaining to the signed list as referred to in 4.05(b). Any plant employee cannot bump the Crush crew unless there is a plant or department layoff.
(g) A request Crush crew employees must have suitable clothing with them at all times.
(h) Daily overtime, if available, will be offered to employees working Crush for an exchange the day, on a seniority basis. Daily overtime shall be on a voluntary basis but where insufficient volunteers are obtained the required employees may be assigned from the crush crew in reverse order of tours seniority. Weekend overtime, if available, will be offered to employees by seniority who have signed the crush posting as set out in the posted time schedule must be submitted in writing 4.05(b) (1) and signed by the Nurses requesting the exchange(3). It is understood that such request for exchange shall not result in any premium payment and will not be unreasonably denied.

(d) In the event that additional work becomes available after the schedule has been posted, the work Inside cellar overtime shall be offered as follows:
i) first to full-time Nurses within the team who have been cancelled or who have been scheduled less than full-time hours;
ii) employees holding cellar postings and then to full-time Nurses from another team who have been cancelled or who have been scheduled less than full-time hours;
iii) to part-time Nurses within the team who have been cancelled or who are non-scheduled but have indicated their availability;
iv) to part-time Nurses from another team who have provided availability;
v) to casual Nurses assigned to the team other employees who have indicated availability;
vi) a willingness to casual Nurses from another team work crush and are capable of performing the work in a competent manner. The above mentioned weekend overtime shall be offered first to employees who have provided their availabilityworked in the department on the Friday preceding the overtime.
