HOURS AND ASSIGNMENTS Clause Samples
The "Hours and Assignments" clause defines the expected working hours and specific job duties or roles assigned to an employee or contractor. It typically outlines the standard work schedule, such as daily start and end times, total weekly hours, and may specify whether overtime is permitted or required. Additionally, it clarifies the particular tasks, responsibilities, or projects the individual is expected to perform. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of work expectations, helping to prevent disputes over workload or scheduling.
