Hourly Rates. Hourly Xxxx Rates shall be as set forth in Appendix D. Hourly Xxxx Rates are not negotiated at the time of placement. A Contractor may only modify its Hourly Xxxx Rates via a formal amendment to this Contract. Hourly Xxxx Rates established in the Contract is a factor considered by the MSP and Non-Executive Agency Authorized Users when selecting Candidate Response Forms for Executive Agency Authorized User consideration.
