Common use of Hourly Pay Clause in Contracts

Hourly Pay. A. Whenever the Board requires a member to perform additional services in addition to the member’s regular school day for a period of one-half (1/2) hour or more, the member shall receive an hourly rate for each hour or quarter (1/4) thereof, of additional service after the first half (1/2) hour beyond the regular workday as follows: 2019-2020 $26.57 2020-2021 $26.91 B. The Board may start the member’s day later or end it earlier in order to compensate a member for such extra duty in lieu of monetary payment. C. The hourly rate of compensation for members employed at an hourly rate that are not covered by a supplemental contract will be as follows: 2019-2020 $26.57 2020-2021 $26.91
