Common use of HOURLY DELIVERIES Clause in Contracts

HOURLY DELIVERIES. Seller shall not be obligated to make hourly deliveries of gas pursuant to Paragraph 1 above at an hourly rate exceeding 1 dekatherms per hour. Seller reserves the right to regulate the flow of gas delivered hereunder by means of automatic or manually operated flow control valves so as to limit the hourly flow of gas within the specified quantity.

HOURLY DELIVERIES. Seller shall not be obligated to make hourly deliveries of gas pursuant to Paragraph 1 above at an hourly rate exceeding 1 27 dekatherms per hour. Seller reserves the right to regulate the flow of gas delivered hereunder by means of automatic or manually operated flow control valves so as to limit the hourly flow of gas within the specified quantity.

HOURLY DELIVERIES. Seller shall not be obligated to make hourly deliveries of gas pursuant to Paragraph 1 above at an hourly rate exceeding 1 5 dekatherms per hour. Seller reserves the right to regulate the flow of gas delivered hereunder by means of automatic or manually operated flow control valves so as to limit the hourly flow of gas within the specified quantity.

HOURLY DELIVERIES. Seller shall not be obligated to make hourly deliveries of gas pursuant to Paragraph 1 above at an hourly rate exceeding 1 12 dekatherms per hour. Seller reserves the right to regulate the flow of gas delivered hereunder by means of automatic or manually operated flow control valves so as to limit the hourly flow of gas within the specified quantity.

HOURLY DELIVERIES. Seller shall not be obligated to make hourly deliveries of gas pursuant to Paragraph 1 above at an hourly rate exceeding 1 .J_ dekatherms per hour. HOURLY DELIVERIES. (A) Seller shall not be obligated to make hourly deliveries of gas pursuant to Paragraph 1 above 1(A) above, at an hourly rate exceeding 1 in excess of 2 dekatherms per hour. Seller reserves the right to regulate the flow of gas delivered hereunder by means of automatic or manually operated flow control valves so as to limit the hourly flow of gas within the specified quantity.

HOURLY DELIVERIES. Seller shall not be obligated to make hourly deliveries of gas pursuant to Paragraph 1 I above at an hourly rate exceeding 1 dekatherms 24 dekatherrns per hour. Seller reserves the right to regulate the flow of gas delivered hereunder by means of automatic automatio or manually operated flow control valves so as to limit the hourly flow of gas within the specified quantity.

Seller reserves the right to regulate the flow of gas delivered hereunder by means of automatic or manually operated flow control valves so as to limit the hourly flow of gas within the specified quantity.

HOURLY DELIVERIES. Seller shall not be obligated to make hourly deliveries of gas pursuant to Paragraph 1 above at an hourly rate exceeding 1 47 dekatherms per hour. Seller reserves the right to regulate the flow of gas delivered hereunder by means of automatic or manually operated flow control valves so as to limit the hourly flow of gas within the specified quantityqua.l1tity.

HOURLY DELIVERIES. Seller shall not be obligated to make hourly deliveries of gas Gas pursuant to Paragraph 1 above above, at an hourly rate exceeding 1 in excess of 6 dekatherms per hour. HOURLY DELIVERIES. Seller shall not be obligated to make hourly deliveries of gas pursuant to Paragraph 1 above at an hourly rate exceeding 1 25 dekatherms per hour. Seller reserves the right to regulate the flow of gas delivered hereunder by means of automatic or manually operated flow control valves so as to limit the hourly flow of gas within the specified quantity.

HOURLY DELIVERIES. Seller shall not be obligated to make hourly deliveries of gas pursuant to Paragraph 1 above at an hourly rate exceeding 1 54 dekatherms per hour. Seller reserves the right to regulate the flow of gas delivered hereunder by means of automatic or manually operated flow control valves so as to limit the hourly flow of gas within the specified quantity.

HOURLY DELIVERIES. (A) Seller shall not be obligated to make hourly deliveries of gas Gas pursuant to Paragraph 1 above 1(A) above, at an hourly rate exceeding 1 in excess of 23 dekatherms per hour. Seller reserves the right to regulate the flow of gas Gas delivered hereunder by means of automatic or manually operated flow control valves so as to limit the hourly flow of gas Gas within the specified quantity.

HOURLY DELIVERIES. Seller shall not be obligated to make hourly deliveries of gas pursuant to Paragraph 1 above at an hourly rate exceeding 1 84 dekatherms per hour. Seller reserves the right to regulate the flow of gas delivered hereunder by means of automatic or manually operated flow control valves so as to limit the hourly flow of gas within the specified quantity.

HOURLY DELIVERIES. Seller shall not be obligated to make hourly deliveries of gas pursuant to Paragraph 1 above at an hourly rate exceeding 1 11 dekatherms per hour. Seller reserves the right to regulate the flow of gas delivered hereunder by means of automatic or manually operated flow control valves so as to limit the hourly flow of gas within the specified quantity.

Seller reserves the right to regulate the flow of gas delivered hereunder by means of automatic or manually operated flow control valves so as to limit the hourly flow of gas within the specified quantity.

Seller reserves the right to regulate the flow of gas delivered hereunder by means of automatic or manually operated flow control valves so as to limit the hourly flow of gas within the specified quantity.

HOURLY DELIVERIES. Seller shall not be obligated to make hourly deliveries of gas pursuant to Paragraph 1 above at an hourly rate exceeding 1 24 dekatherms per hour. Seller reserves the right to regulate the flow of gas delivered hereunder by means of automatic or manually operated flow control valves so as to limit the hourly flow of gas within the specified quantity.

HOURLY DELIVERIES. Seller shall not be obligated to make hourly deliveries of gas pursuant to Paragraph 1 above at an hourly rate exceeding 1 6_ dekatherms per hour. Seller reserves the right to regulate the flow of gas delivered hereunder by means of automatic or manually operated flow control valves so as to limit the hourly flow of gas within the specified quantity.

HOURLY DELIVERIES. Seller shall not be obligated to make hourly deliveries of gas pursuant to Paragraph 1 above at an hourly rate exceeding 1 41 dekatherms per hour. Seller reserves the right to regulate the flow of gas delivered hereunder herelmder by means of automatic or manually operated flow control valves so as to limit the hourly flow of gas within the specified quantity.

HOURLY DELIVERIES. Seller shall not be obligated to make hourly deliveries of gas pursuant to Paragraph 1 above at an hourly rate exceeding 1 _6 dekatherms per hour. Seller reserves the right to regulate the flow of gas delivered hereunder by means of automatic or manually operated flow control valves so as to limit the hourly flow of gas within the specified quantity.

HOURLY DELIVERIES. Seller shall not be obligated to make hourly deliveries of gas pursuant to Paragraph 1 above at an hourly rate exceeding 1 50 dekatherms per hour. Seller reserves the right to regulate the flow of gas delivered hereunder by means of automatic or manually operated flow control valves so as to limit the hourly flow of gas within the specified quantity.. ·

HOURLY DELIVERIES. Seller shall not be obligated to make hourly deliveries of gas pursuant to Paragraph 1 above at an hourly rate exceeding 1 115 dekatherms per hour. Seller reserves the right to regulate the flow of gas delivered hereunder by means of automatic or manually operated flow control valves so as to limit the hourly flow of gas within the specified quantity.
