Hotel Reservations. If you are interested in overnight accommodations at the Hotel Radisson – Manchester, you can make your own reservations by calling directly to the Reservations Department at (000)000-0000 or by calling Radisson Worldwide at (000)000-0000. Special Room Rates, for rooms booked prior to January 11, 2017 are: Single - $109.00 per night (plus 9% state and local tax) Double - $109.00 per night (plus 9% state and local tax) Triple - $114.00 per night plus 9% state and local tax) Quad - $124.00 per night (plus 9% state and local tax) In order to receive your special rate, individuals must indicate that they are with New Hampshire Farm and Forest Expo or reference the following PAC CODE: FARM17 for on-line bookings at xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. Individuals responsible for making their own reservations will be asked to guarantee for late arrival with a major credit card. Hotel Reservations. Hotels may put a hold on your Card in the amount of your estimated xxxx when you check in, which will make that amount unavailable for other purchases. The hold may last until a few days after you check out. Under certain circumstances, a hotel may require the use of a Card to guarantee reservations that may result in a hold on the available funds on the Card. If you cancel any guaranteed reservation made using the Card, you must obtain a cancellation number. If you fail to do so, the hold placed for the guaranteed reservation will not be canceled and the amount will be held against the balance on the Card. This may limit your future transactions. Further, if the merchant subsequently charges the amount of the guaranteed reservation to your Card, we will not be obligated to re-credit the Card if you fail to obtain a cancellation number.
Hotel Reservations. (A) Responsibility for Accommodations Whenever the company is required to secure accommodation outside the point of origin, the Engager shall be responsible for securing hotel reservations and shall furnish a list of at least two (2) hotels, when available, offering accommodation at different price ranges. At least two (2) weeks prior to the departure date, the Engager will submit this list to the company. Within one (1) week thereafter, the Artist must indicate the Artist’s acceptance, or the Artist’s preference to arrange for the Artist’s own accommodations. Unless the Artist notifies the Engager of the Artist’s acceptance of such accommodation, the Engager shall be relieved of further responsibility. If the Artist has complied with this requirement and does not receive accommodation upon arrival, the Artist shall not be required to rehearse or perform until such accommodations are forthcoming. However, should circumstances beyond the Engager's control make it impossible for the Engager to provide such accommodations, the Artist shall not make use of this right. Due regard shall be given to obtaining such accommodations within a reasonable distance from the theatre, and the Engager will make every effort to obtain specially reduced hotel rates for multiple reservations. Accommodations secured by the Engager must be safe, clean and of a respectable nature and class, and they must be substantially as represented to the Artist when offered, failing which, the Engager shall assist the Artist in securing alternative accommodation which meets these standards. It is the responsibility of the Engager when securing hotel accommodations to ensure that there is no discrimination against any Artist in terms of race, colour, creed, sex, national origin, or sexual orientation.

Hotel Reservations. The MANAGEMENT shall be responsible for securing hotel reservations and shall furnish all ARTISTS a list of accommodations at different price ranges. Two (2) weeks prior to the first (1st) week of rehearsals or performance, whichever is earlier, the advance agent or company manager will submit to all ARTISTS of the company a list of available accommodations at the various price ranges. Within one (1) week thereafter, the ARTIST shall indicate his/her acceptance or his/her preference to arrange for accommodations. Unless the ARTIST notifies the company manager of his/her acceptance of such accommodations and the associated financial liabilities, the MANAGEMENT shall be relieved of further responsibility. If the ARTIST complied with this requirement and does not receive accommodations upon arrival, he shall not be required to rehearse or perform until such accommodations are forthcoming. However, should circumstances beyond the control of the MANAGEMENT (such as a hotel confirming a reservation and its not being available upon arrival of the ARTIST) make it impossible for the MANAGEMENT to provide such accommodations, the ARTIST shall not avail himself/herself of such right.

Two weeks prior to the performance a list of available hotel accommodations at different price ranges must be submitted to the company. Within one week thereafter the Actor shall indicate acceptance, or preference to arrange for his own accommodations. Unless the Actor notifies the University and/or Theatre of acceptance of such accommodations, the University and/or Theatre shall be relieved of further responsibility. If the Actor has complied with this requirement and does not receive accommodations upon arrival, he shall not be required to rehearse or perform until such accommodations are forthcoming. However, should circumstances beyond the University and/or Theatre's control (such as a hotel confirming a reservation and its not being available on the arrival of the Actor) make it impossible for the University and/or Theatre to provide such accommodations, the Actor shall not avail himself of this right. If the Actor refuses to accept accommodations that were requested and obtained through the University and/or Theatre, the Actor shall pay for one night's accommodation. Responsibility for hotel accommodations shall include accommodations in the same hotel for the entire cast regardless of race, color, creed, gender, sexual orientation, disability or national origin. Accommodations shall be clean and sanitary and within a reasonable distance of the theatre. If the average price of hotel accommodations, inclusive of applicable fees and taxes, exceeds $75 per night in each 13 week segment of an overnight tour, the producer shall reimburse each Actor the difference between the average nightly cost and the $75 “cap” for each night they resided in producer-provided housing. For example, if the average housing cost per night over a 13 week period is $80, each Actor shall be reimbursed $5 for each night they stayed in producer-provided hotel. When multiple hotel options are offered, the average will be based on the lowest cost hotel option that is available to all Actors.

Hotel Reservations. (A) The Producer shall be responsible for securing hotel reservations and shall furnish Actor with an up-to-date list of no less than two available hotels for single and double occupancy at different price ranges. The Producer shall request of each hotel that free internet access be provided to the Actors. For stays in a city for four weeks or more, or where a Tiered tour stays in a city for more than four weeks, the Producer shall provide an unofficial third housing option that will include a kitchen, unless another housing option includes a kitchen. Responsibility for hotel accommodations shall include ensuring that, to the extent there are vacancies, hotel accommodations are available for each member of the cast in each hotel regardless of sex, gender identity and/or expression, race, color, creed, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, or political persuasion or belief. When hotel accommodations are limited, assignments shall be made pursuant to a lottery system, subject to the contractual housing guarantees of any Actor. A lottery will not be necessary where there is no dispute in the company regarding the hotel accommodations. The lottery may consist of all members of the traveling company including, but not limited to, traveling Stagehands, Wardrobe and Musicians.

Hotel Reservations. It shall be the responsibility of the Employer to arrange, based on the best availability, all hotel or motel accommodations for Orchestra members except for any Musician who prefers to make his/her own arrangements. Employer will give consideration to Tour Committee's suggestions in regard to improving hotel accommodations on tour. Advance arrangements must be made for room assignments and expeditious distribution of keys. In preparing the travel schedule, every effort will be made to assure that arrival will be at a time when accommodations are normally ready for occupancy and departures will be scheduled at a time which will permit retention of rooms until departure time from hotel or motel. The Employer shall pay the cost of hotel room bills directly to the hotel. A Musician who desires to arrange his/her own accommodations shall advise the Employer in writing at least ninety (90) days prior to the tour of such desire. Changes in such arrangements shall normally not be made within the thirty (30) days preceding the commencement of the tour, but Employer will attempt to accommodate requests for change. Musicians making arrangements for their own accommodations shall receive an amount equal to the negotiated single room rate without tax. When two Musicians share a hotel room provided by the Association, each shall receive an amount equal to the single room rate without tax, less half the double room rate without tax. If the Musician finds the room provided by the Employer to be sub-standard, the Musician may request Employer to find a suitable room within the hotel or the Musician at his/her option may find alternative accommodations and receive the single room rate as provided above.
