Hotel Charges. 24 .01 .4.1 Incidental charges such as telephone, room service, dry cleaning etc. incurred while staying at a hotel on company business, are the personal responsibility of the individual Flight Crew Member. These charges must be cleared when checking out of the hotel. If settlement at that time is not made, the Flight Crew Member will be notified and must settle the account directly with the hotel. If such payment is not made within a reasonable period of time, the charge will be deducted from subsequent expense reports .
24 .01 .4.2 A Flight Crew Member of a different gender will receive a single day room .

24.01.4.2 A Flight Crew Member of a different gender will receive a single day room.
24.01.4.3 Hotel Criteria Below are the list of requirements that will be considered by the Company when booking hotels for charters, etc. The same criteria will be applied for all Cargojet employees (crew or non-crew), with the exception of room location, which is specific to flight crew:
a) Local and Toll-free telephone calls;
b) High-speed internet access in room;
c) Access to Hotel Business Centre;
d) Use of Hotel fitness and pool facilities;
e) Refrigerators in rooms for extended stays;
f) Transportation to and from the hotel/airport (where possible);
g) Rooms will be assigned on high floors and away from elevators, vending machines and other high-traffic areas;
h) Service staff will be made aware of the flight crew rooms so that flight crew will not be disturbed during statutory crew rest. The Hotel will within reason maintain the accepted standards of cleanliness, facilities, food quality and service normally expected of a high-quality business hotel. If there is no dining on-site, the Company will verify there are options within walking distance.
Hotel Charges. Tenant's use of hotel rooms in the Shoreside Complex, so long as Landlord is the Venture, shall be governed by the Joint Venture Agreement and any agreement entered into by the Venture with a hotel manager. Thereafter, if Tenant desires to reserve guest rooms or other dining/meeting room facilities at the hotel portion of the Entertainment Facilities for the purpose of making such rooms available to its customers, Tenant shall pay Landlord as Additional Rent (by wire transfer to the bank account designated in writing by Landlord's hotel manager) the rack or standard rate for such hotel rooms or facilities no later than 6:00 p.m. on the day for which such hotel rooms or facilities are reserved, or earlier, in accordance with policies adopted by the hotel manager which do not discriminate between the Premises and ▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ Premises.
