Hosting and Access. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that FPTG shall (i) host the System on FPTG’s hardware, (ii) make the functionality of the System available to the Users via the FPTG Web Site, and (iii) Licensee shall not receive a physical copy or copies of the System in any format.
Hosting and Access. The Tollbooth Services will be provided by AuthDirect using equipment, services and facilities owned by AuthDirect or supplied to AuthDirect by third parties. Any required information, equipment or connections to be provided by Carrier to enable access to the Tollbooth Services by Carrier's Subscribers will be identified in such Statement of Work. AuthDirect will have no liability arising from use of the Tollbooth Services by unauthorized End Users if AuthDirect has authenticated such End Users in conformance with the method described in the applicable Statement of Work.
Hosting and Access. POC shall be responsible for any hosting and communication costs associated with maintaining the POC Website and any Content published by POC for use on the Customized Service. Further, during the term of this Agreement, POC will permit all AOL and CompuServe Members to access and use the POC Website free of charge.
