Hosted Services and Specific Offering Terms. A. Service Levels. When you purchase Hosted Services as a Purchased Offering, we will make the applicable Hosted Services available to you during the Term in accordance with these General Terms. The Service Level Schedules (as identified in the Specific Offering Terms referenced in Section 4(F) below) and associated remedies will apply to the availability and uptime of the applicable Hosted Service. If applicable, service credits will be available for downtime in accordance with the Service Level Schedule.
