Hospice Exclusions Sample Clauses
The Hospice Exclusions clause defines specific services, treatments, or conditions that are not covered under a hospice care agreement or insurance policy. Typically, this clause lists items such as curative treatments, non-palliative medications, or services unrelated to the terminal illness for which hospice care is provided. By clearly outlining what is excluded, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings about coverage and ensures that both providers and patients have a clear understanding of the scope of hospice benefits.
