HOME WARRANTY PROGRAM. Customer has chosen to participate in the Home Warranty Program whereby RESI’s electricity and/or natural gas supply is bundled with one of the following home warranty products provided by Cinch Home Services, Inc. or one of its affiliates or contractors (“Cinch”): (a) HVAC and Surge Protection Plan, or (b) Plumbing Protection Plan. Cinch’s services will be provided in accordance with its Terms & Conditions (the “Cinch Agreement”) which is separate from this Agreement. For the Customer’s convenience, this Section provides an outline of Cinch’s products, but in the event of any conflicts regarding coverage, the Cinch Agreement controls. Any changes that Cinch makes to the Cinch Agreement shall not affect the terms of this Agreement. Customer will receive a copy of the Cinch Agreement in Cinch’s welcome package. Customer will be eligible to benefit from Cinch’s services once RESI’s commodity supply service begins. If this Agreement is terminated, the Cinch Agreement shall automatically terminate as well. If Cinch terminates the Cinch Agreement, RESI shall have the right to terminate this Agreement upon 15 days’ written notice to Customer. Residents of the five boroughs of New York City will pay an additional monthly fee of $4.95/month (prorated as a daily fee) per utility meter, for participation in the Home Warranty Program. HVAC and Surge Protection Plan: Subject to the limitations and exclusions described in the Cinch Agreement, the HVAC Protection portion of the plan covers the following in Customer’s single-family residence, (i) components and parts of the air conditioning system (ducted central electric split and package unit, geothermal, wall air conditioner, or mini-split) and leaks and breaks in associated ductwork, and (ii) components and parts of the heating system (forced air, geothermal, wall mounted heater, floor furnace, package unit, heat pump, mini-split, hot water or steam circulating heat, or electric baseboard) and leaks or breaks in associated ductwork. There is a $125 deductible and an aggregate plan limit of $1,000. Maximum coverage of 1 unit. If Customer is a renter, Customer must obtain express approval from the owner/landlord to (i) participate in the plan and (ii) coordinate services performed on the HVAC equipment in the rental property pursuant to the plan. By agreeing to participate in the plan, Customer is acknowledging that he/she has obtained such approval and is responsible for costs/losses that are not covered by the plan. ...

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

PayPal determines, in its sole discretion, whether your claim is eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection Program. There is no limit on the number of payments eligible for PayPal's Seller Protection program.   • Safety Program The Contractor shall design a specific safety program for the Work for the site(s). The Contractor shall establish and require all Subcontractors to establish reasonable safety programs. The Contractor shall also submit its standard monthly safety reports to the Owner and Design Professional. No imposition of responsibility on the Contractor for safety under this Contract shall relieve any subcontractor of its responsibility for safety of persons or property on or near the Project Site.
