Common use of Home Health/Hospice Telephone Subsidy Clause in Contracts

Home Health/Hospice Telephone Subsidy. The hospital will provide a monthly subsidy to support personal cell phones used by Home Health/Hospice nurses. Full time (32 to 40 hours per week) Home Health/Hospice nurses will receive $50.00 and part time (20 to 31 hours per week) Hospice nurses will receive $35.00. In event that the Hospital identifies comparable, more cost effective alternative means or technologies or is able to negotiate more favorable terms with a service provider, the Hospital may reduce the reimbursement level. The Hospital will provide thirty (30) days notice of any such change.
