Holidays in lieu. Where a statutory holiday falls on a full-time employee's day off, the employee shall be entitled to receive another day off in lieu, an additional day added to their annual leave entitlement or be paid an additional day's wages at ordinary rates. This sub-clause shall not apply to Easter Saturday unless the employee works ordinary hours in accordance with a roster which provides for ordinary hours to be worked on a Saturday.
