Holidays Falling on Weekends. Whenever any of said days shall fall on Sunday, the succeeding Monday shall be the holiday. If said holidays fall on a Saturday or on a regularly scheduled day of work or regularly scheduled day off, the employees affected shall be granted a compensatory day off, with pay, to be selected by the employee subject to approval of the department head.
