HOLIDAYS AND VACATIONS. 10.01 All work performed on the following named holidays, or any such days as may be declared a general holiday by the Provincial Government, shall be paid for at two times (2x) the employee's basic hourly wage rate: New Year's Day Family Day Good Friday Victoria Day Canada Day Civic Holiday (August) Labour Day Thanksgiving Day Remembrance Day Christmas Day Boxing Day.
