Common use of Holiday Premium Pay Clause in Contracts

Holiday Premium Pay. Any employee required to work on a holiday shall receive their regular eight (8) hours of pay plus premium pay at time and one-half for all hours worked on such holiday. Compensatory time may be granted in lieu of monetary payment.

Holiday Premium Pay.
