Holiday Payment. 4.1 Where an employee works on a holiday specified in Article 47 (Holidays) and opts for compensating leave under Article ADM13.2, COR13.2, IHC13.2, OAD13.2, OPM13.2, or TEC13.2, he or she may elect, at that time, to receive, in addition to his or her entitlement under Article ADM13.2, COR13.2, IHC13.2, OAD13.2, OPM13.2, or TEC13.2, further leave equal to the difference between the number of hours in the employee’s normal work day and his or her entitlement under Article ADM13.2, COR13.2, IHC13.2, OAD13.2, OPM13.2
