Common use of Holiday Payment Clause in Contracts

Holiday Payment. A. For each holiday listed above, employees shall receive their regular daily rate as holiday pay, regardless of whether they work the holiday or not, provided they were employed during the holiday. ,Employees are paid at their normal hourly rate for holidays, and time and a half their hourly rate for working overtime.
