Holiday Payment. 73.1.1 An employee shall be entitled to a paid holiday each year on each of the following days which fall on a day that is a regularly scheduled work day for the employee: New Year’s Day Good Friday Easter Monday Victoria Day Canada Day Civic Holiday Labour Day Thanksgiving Day Remembrance Day Christmas Day Boxing Day Any special holiday as proclaimed by the Governor General or the Lieutenant Governor.
