Holiday on Non-Work Day Sample Clauses

The 'Holiday on Non-Work Day' clause defines how holidays are treated when they fall on days that are not typically considered working days, such as weekends. In practice, this clause usually stipulates that if a designated holiday occurs on a non-work day, the holiday will be observed on the next working day, or another specified day, ensuring employees still receive the intended time off. This provision ensures fairness and consistency in holiday observance, preventing employees from missing out on holiday benefits due to calendar alignment.
