Holiday Leave. A. All Assistant Fire Chiefs shall accrue 100 hours of holiday repay time per year. Members shall accrue at a rate of 3.9 hours per pay period. The following generally recognized holidays shall be the 40 hour employees‟ regularly scheduled off days: Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx Day, New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
