Common use of Holdings Clause in Contracts

Holdings. Holdings shall not engage in any trade or business other than as a holding company for its Subsidiaries, or own any assets (other than Stock of its Subsidiaries) or incur any Indebtedness or Guaranteed Indebtedness (other than the Obligations and the High Yield Notes); provided, that Holdings may guarantee leases and other contractual obligations of its Subsidiaries.

Holdings. Holdings shall not engage in any trade or business other than as a holding company for its Subsidiaries, or own any assets (other than Stock of its Subsidiaries) or incur any Indebtedness or Guaranteed Indebtedness (other than the Obligations to hold, manage and the High Yield Notes); provided, that Holdings may guarantee leases direct its equity and other contractual debt positions in Borrower and to perform its obligations of under existing arrangements with its Subsidiariesstockholders and take actions incident thereto.
