Common use of Holding Requirement Clause in Contracts

Holding Requirement. If you are an executive officer of the Company, you are generally subject to the Vista Outdoor Inc. Stock Holding Policy for Officers, and you will be required to retain at least 50% of the net number of Shares issued to you under the terms of this Agreement until you cease to be an executive officer of the Company.
