Common use of Holders of Notes Clause in Contracts

Holders of Notes. The Agent may deem and treat the Lender which is payee of a Note as the owner and holder of such Note for all purposes hereof unless and until a Transfer Supplement with respect to the assignment or transfer thereof shall have been filed with the Agent in accordance with Section 10.14 hereof. Any authority, direction or consent of any Person who at the time of giving such authority, direction or consent is shown in the Register as being a Lender shall be conclusive and binding on each present and subsequent holder, transferee or assignee of any Note or Notes payable to such Lender or of any Note or Notes issued in exchange therefor.

Holders of Notes. Any authorityrequest, direction authority or consent of any Person who who, at the time of making such request or giving such authorityauthority or consent, direction is the holder of any Revolving Note or consent is shown in the Register as being a Lender Term Note, shall be conclusive and binding on each present and any subsequent holder, transferee or assignee of any such Revolving Note or Notes payable to such Lender Term Note or of any Revolving Note or Notes Term Note issued in exchange therefor.

Holders of Notes.
