Common use of Holders of Notes Clause in Contracts

Holders of Notes. Without limiting the requirements of Section 12.11 of this Agreement, the Administrative Agent may deem and treat any Lender which is the payee of a Note as the owner and holder of such Note for all purposes hereof unless and until written notice evidencing such transfer shall have been filed with the Administrative Agent. Any authority, direction or consent of any Person who at the time of giving such authority, direction or consent was a Lender shall be conclusive and binding on each present and subsequent holder, transferee or assignee of any Note or Notes payable to such Lender or issued in exchange therefor.
