Common use of Holder Representative Clause in Contracts

Holder Representative. For purposes of receiving notices or other documents pursuant to this Section 6, the Holders hereby appoint ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to act as a representative of the Holders, with the full right and authority to receive such notices or other documents pursuant to this Section 6, on behalf of the Holders.
