Common use of HIRING CONTRACTORS Clause in Contracts

HIRING CONTRACTORS. The Owner hereby gives power to the Manager to contract, hire, supervise, and discharge firms and persons, including utilities, required for the operation and maintenance of the Property. The Manager may perform any of the Manager’s duties through attorneys, agents, employees, or independent contractors and, except for persons working in the Manager’s firm, shall not be responsible for their acts, omissions, defaults, negligence, or costs of the same.
