Hirers Responsibility. 1.1 The Hirer agrees as follows: • To use the Facility only for the purposes nominated in the Agreement. • To limit the number of persons in the Facility at any one time to 30 people • To stay within the confines of the booked space • To comply with payment terms as specified in the Agreement. • To limit activities strictly to the confines of the Facility as described in the Agreement.

Hirers Responsibility. The Hirer must ensure all persons entering the race circuit and infields have signed an indemnity and have their duties outlined in writing. The individual indemnity must also indemnify the Venue, the Venue Operator, as well as the Hirer. The Venue Operator can provide a sample indemnity form on request.
Hirers Responsibility. Any injury or property damage caused by or arising from the usage or occupation of the premises and/or facilities by the hirer is the responsibility of the Hirer and the Hirer releases Council from all claims in this regard. The Hirer is responsible to manage the conduct of all persons entering the hired area including spectators and children. Council will not accept responsibility whatsoever for any property owned by the Hirer which may be damaged, lost or stolen. It is the Hirer’s responsibility to protect and insure personal property. The Hirer shall inform Council of any defect in the premises and/or facility’s condition likely to pose a threat of injury to persons.
Hirers Responsibility. The hirer is in complete charge of the boat and is responsible for its safe navigation. The only maintenance to be carried out is checking engine oil, lubricating xxxxx tube and clearing weed hatches. Children are not permitted to handle the boat without adult supervision. The hirer shall always comply with the by-laws of the Canal and Rivers Trust or the appropriate Navigation Authority. The hirer is responsible for any claim made for loss of water or damage caused by improper use of lock paddles or apparatus and for any claim made for damage due to excessive speed or improper navigation. Boats may not cruise between the hours of sunset and sunrise without the prior consent of Sail and Trail Ltd. The hirer shall not enter tidal waters or tow other vessels without the prior consent of Sail and Trail Ltd. No boat shall navigate under flood conditions. The hirer shall not allow any more than the permitted number of persons on board as this will invalidate the insurance. Firearms, live bait or dinghies will not be allowed on board under any circumstances. Bicycles and canoes may be permitted on board in certain situations, but only with written permission of Sail and Trail Ltd. In the event of an accident or incident the hirer must promptly notify Sail and Trail Ltd with the full details and names and addresses of witnesses. Do not admit liability under any circumstances. Take as many photographs of the incident as possible.
Hirers Responsibility a) The Hirer will, during the period of the hiring, be responsible for supervision of the premises, the fabric and the contents, their care, safety from damage however slight or change of any sort and the behaviour of all persons using the premises whatever their capacity, including proper supervision of the car-parking arrangements so as to avoid obstruction of the highway and any other rights of way.
Hirers Responsibility. The Terms & Conditions of Hire as set out below shall remain in force until such time that the Hire Period has been completed. Should the Hirer cease to work for or be employed by the Organisation before the Hire Period has been completed then the Hirer shall immediately advise the Manager that he no longer acts as Hirer for the Organisation and the Organisation will immediately provide a new Hirer authorised to sign a Term & Conditions of Hire Agreement. Failure to provide a new Hirer may result in the Hire Period being cancelled by the Manager.
