Higher Duty Allowance. 10.2.1 The higher duties allowance payable shall be paid at a 10% premium of the employee’s salary, where the full duties of the higher position are undertaken, or a pro-rata premium where the full duties are not undertaken. 10.2.2 To qualify for payment of a higher duties allowance, an employee must perform the duties of the higher position for at least three consecutive days.
