Common use of High Risk Activities Clause in Contracts

High Risk Activities. The Software is not designed or developed for use in high-risk, hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, including without limitation in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or control systems, air traffic control, or weapons systems, or any other application in which the failure of the Software could lead to severe physical or environmental damages (“High Risk Activities”). Buyer will not use the Software for High Risk Activities.
