HHonors Program Sample Clauses

HHonors Program. Hilton shall provide to Resorts the benefits of the HHonors Program to the same extent as it provides to Other Hilton Licensees. Resorts shall cause the Hotel to participate in, and pay, all charges related to the HHonors Program, and all other guest frequency programs Hilton offers to hotels using the Hilton Marks in accordance with the terms of the HHonors Program. Resorts shall honor the terms of any discount or promotional programs (including any frequent guest program) that Hilton offers to the public on Resorts’ behalf, and any award guest certificates issued to Hotel guests participating in these programs, all in accordance with the terms of the HHonors Program.

Resorts shall cause the Hotel to participate in, and pay, all charges related to the HHonors Program, and all other guest frequency programs Hilton offers to hotels using the Hilton Marks in accordance with the terms of the HHonors Program, provided that so long as any full service gaming hotel owned or managed by Caesar’s in Las Vegas, Nevada participates in the HHonors Program, the Hotel’s placement in the program shall be in the same category as those hotels, it being recognized that properties within a particular category may have different fees and reimbursements based on their average daily rates, occupancy levels, number of rooms and other factors deemed appropriate to Hilton and its affiliates in their sole discretion. Resorts shall honor the terms of any discount or promotional programs (including any frequent guest program) that Hilton offers to the public on Resorts’ behalf, and any award guest certificates issued to Hotel guests participating in these programs, all in accordance with the terms of the HHonors Program.

  • E-Verify Program Grantee certifies that it utilizes and will continue to utilize the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's E-Verify system to determine the eligibility of: A. all persons employed to perform duties within Texas during the term of the Grant Agreement; and B. all persons, (including subcontractors) assigned by the Grantee to perform work pursuant to the Grant Agreement within the United States of America.

  • Safety Program The Contractor shall design a specific safety program for the Work for the site(s). The Contractor shall establish and require all Subcontractors to establish reasonable safety programs. The Contractor shall also submit its standard monthly safety reports to the Owner and Design Professional. No imposition of responsibility on the Contractor for safety under this Contract shall relieve any subcontractor of its responsibility for safety of persons or property on or near the Project Site. The Contractor shall include in his plant he names of the person in charge of Safety.

  • Pilot Programs The Employer may develop voluntary pilot programs to test the acceptability of various risk management programs. Incentives for participation in such programs may include limited short-term improvements to the benefits outlined in this Article. Implementation of such pilot programs is subject to the review and approval of the Joint Labor-Management Committee on Health Plans.

  • Educational Program A. DSST PUBLIC SCHOOLS shall implement and maintain the following characteristics of its educational program in addition to those identified in the Network Contract at DSST ▇▇▇▇ MIDDLE SCHOOL (“the School” within Exhibit A-3). These characteristics are subject to modification with the District’s written approval:

  • Orally Administered Anticancer Medication In accordance with RIGL § 27-20-67, prescription drug coverage for orally administered anticancer medications is provided at a level no less favorable than coverage for intravenously administered or injected cancer medications covered under your medical benefit.
