Helmets. Veo recommends that all Users wear a Xxxxx, CPSC, ANSI or ASTM approved helmet that has been properly sized, fitted and fastened according to the manufacturer’s instructions. You agree that none of Veo and its Released Parties (defined below) are liable for any injury suffered by You while using the Services, whether or not You are wearing a helmet at the time of injury. You may need to take additional safety measures or precautions not specifically addressed in this Agreement.
