Common use of Helmets Clause in Contracts

Helmets. Each Member Club shall provide each Player who participates in a practice or a game with a helmet. A Player may choose a helmet other than the helmet provided by the Member Club, however the Player will be required to pay for the helmet; provided however if the Player has sustained a head injury including a concussion or if the Member Club Trainer or Equipment Manager recommend a different helmet because of the Player’s head size or shape, the Player may select any helmet and the Member Club shall pay for the same.
