Common use of HEIRS AND ASSIGNS Clause in Contracts

HEIRS AND ASSIGNS. This Lease, and all covenants, conditions, rules and regulations herein contained, are binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the successors and assigns of the Landlord and the heirs, administrators and those assigns of the Tenant who shall have been approved in accordance with Section 32 of this Lease.

HEIRS AND ASSIGNS. 18. This Lease, and all covenants, conditions, rules and regulations herein contained, are binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the successors and assigns of the Landlord and the heirs, administrators personal representatives and those assigns of the Tenant who shall have been approved in accordance with Section 32 28 of this Lease.

This Lease, and all covenants, conditions, rules and regulations herein contained, are binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the successors and assigns of the Landlord Management and the heirs, administrators and those assigns of the Tenant Resident who shall have been approved in accordance with Section 32 of this LeaseLease Agreement.
