HEALTHSOURCE RI. (HSRI) means a Rhode Island governmental agency that makes Qualified Dental Plans (QDPs) available to qualified individuals. It works as a marketplace to help residents identify health insurance options. MAXIMUM OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSE means the total amount you pay each plan year for covered dental services. For a member under age nineteen (19), we will pay up to 100% of our allowance for the covered dental service for the rest of the plan year once you have met the maximum out-of-pocket expense.
