Health Information Services. To the extent permitted by law, Company will provide Traveling Member with health information services by telephone, email, fax transmission, or other appropriate modes of communication, in Company’s sole discretion, at the request of any Traveling Member. The health information services do not establish diagnosis, treatment or a physician-patient relationship.
