Common use of Health Care Clause in Contracts

Health Care. In the case of financial exigency, the College shall continue payment of the affected Employee's medical benefits for two (2) months following the effective date of the RIF. The Employee may continue all benefits provided by the College at the time of RIF in accordance with COBRA.
