Health and Safety Programs. The University and the Lodge will continue to encourage health and safety in all police duty-related matters and will promote the health and safety standards established by the University for its law enforcement officers. The University shall be receptive to Lodge input in the health and safety programs.
Health and Safety Programs. The Contractor shall establish, maintain, and enforce safe work practices, and implement an accident/incident prevention program intended to ensure safe and healthful operations under their direction. The program shall include all requisite components of such a program under Federal, State and local regulations and shall comply with all City site programs.
Health and Safety Programs. The Company and the Union realize the benefits to be derived from adherence to the appropriate federal Industrial Health and Safety Regulations (“I.H.S.R.”) policies, practices and procedures, all of which promote and maintain a safe and healthy workplace. Accordingly, upon ratification of the Collective Agreement, the Company agrees to jointly develop and implement the following Health and Safety programs:
Health and Safety Programs. Contractor agrees to abide by all the regulations imposed by Hallwood with respect to "Hazard Communication", "Lockout/Tagout", "Health and Safety" or any other program in place at the time. Contractor also agrees to train his employees in all proper procedures required by these programs.
Health and Safety Programs. Monitoring of health and safety programs made by Service Provider on behalf of [YOUR COMPANY NAME] shall be made in compliance with [YOUR COMPANY NAME]’s needs, timing, plans and strategies.
