Common use of Health and Safety Committee Clause in Contracts

Health and Safety Committee. (a) A Health and Safety Committee shall be established which is composed of a minimum of two Union members chosen by the Union. At no time shall the number of Employer members be allowed to outnumber the amount of Union members.
