In furtherance of the foregoing, (a) the Purchasers acknowledge the Purchasers’ receipt of the notice given by the preceding sentences and pursuant to Section 25359.7 of the California Health and Safety Code; (b) the Purchasers are, or will be prior to the Closing, fully aware of the matters described in such environmental reports; and (c) after receiving advice of the Purchasers’ legal counsel, each of the Purchasers waives any and all rights such Purchaser may have to assert that the Sellers or the Parent have not complied with the requirements of Section 25359.7 of the California Health and Safety Code.
