Head Varsity. The following procedures will be followed for interviewing applicants for head varsity coaching positions. If a posting results in both internal and external applicants, a committee consisting of the Athletic Director, High School Principal and a person of the Associations choice will recommend the most qualified candidate from all applicants internal and external. Qualifications shall include, but not be limited to, past evaluations of job performance and other mutually agreed upon criteria determined by the committee. The applicant determined by the committee to be the most qualified shall be recommended to the Board for appointment. If the Board does not accept the committee’s recommendation, the position shall be filled from the qualified internal applicants as provided above in paragraph 2.a.

In addition to the foregoing, he will be exposed to and the process of learning techniques required in trouble shooting key production machinery, pipe fitting, basic welding and machining but not be expected to display a high degree of proficiency in these areas at this point. Millwright Must be capable of performing the tasks of fittings, aligning, lubricating an able to operate all shop tools and machines. Must under direction become proficient in basic welding and pipe fitting as well as dismantling and reassembly of plant equipment. Under direction,will continueto develop skills in trouble shooting all plant equipment and improve his skills at machining part and be exposed to basic principles of hydraulics and pneumatic. He may work alone frequently, but occasionally will require direction and instructions form Millwright I or A. Millwright 11: be capable, without direction of fitting, aligning and lubrication and taking apart and reassembling plant equipment. In addition, is expected to be able to weld, operate shop tools and do pipe fitting as required. Must under direction, become proficient at effective methods of trouble shooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical faults in plant machinery. I: Must be capable without direction of performing all practices under Xxxxxxxxxx Must under directionbecomeproficient at reading and understanding blueprints, all phases of installing new equipment, laying out hydraulic and mechanical drives and meet speed and power requirements correctly. Xxxxxxxxxx "A": Must he capable without direction, of performing all under Xxxxxxxxxx X, and Must take full responsibility for work done by himself or his assistant. Must he in possession of a Millwright Certificate or a Machinist Certificate or Welder Certificate. Millwrightspresently employed in this classification will not be required to have a Certificate.

  • Reducing Text Messaging While Driving Pursuant to Executive Order 13513, 74 FR 51225 (Oct. 6, 2009), Recipient should encourage its employees, subrecipients, and contractors to adopt and enforce policies that ban text messaging while driving, and Recipient should establish workplace safety policies to decrease accidents caused by distracted drivers.

  • JOB XXXXXXX (a) There shall be a Xxxxxxx on each job at all times, who shall be a Union Member in good standing, and shall be appointed by the Business Representative, from amongst the Employees on the job. The Union shall notify the Employer, in writing, who their Xxxxxxx is. If the Employer disapproves of the said appointed Xxxxxxx, they shall immediately notify the Union, in writing, stating the reasons for their disapproval. If their reasons are acceptable to the Union, a new Xxxxxxx will be appointed immediately. If not acceptable, the Union and the Employer will meet to discuss the reasons for disapproval, and if necessary, grievance procedure will be followed. The Xxxxxxx shall keep a record of members hired, laid-off, and discharged, and shall take up all grievances on the job, and try to have same adjusted. In the event he/she cannot adjust them, he/she must promptly report that fact to the Business Representatives of the Union, so STEP 2 of the Grievance Procedure can be followed through. He/She shall see that the provisions of this Agreement are complied with and report the true conditions and facts. It is recognized as the Employer’s responsibility to make whatever provisions are necessary for the care of injured worker. It shall be the duty of the Xxxxxxx to see that the Employer fulfils its obligation. The Employer agrees that when Employees are laid-off, all things being equal, the Xxxxxxx will be one of the last employees laid-off. The Employer further agrees that the Xxxxxxx will not be transferred to another jobsite unless mutually agreed by the Employer Representative and the Union Representative. The Union agrees that the Xxxxxxx shall not be changed without prior notification to the Employer.

  • TEXT MESSAGING WHILE DRIVING In accordance with Executive Order (EO) 13513, “Federal Leadership on Reducing Text Messaging While Driving,” any and all text messaging by Federal employees is banned: a) while driving a Government owned vehicle (GOV) or driving a privately owned vehicle (POV) while on official Government business; or b) using any electronic equipment supplied by the Government when driving any vehicle at any time.
