Common use of Hazardous Weather Clause in Contracts

Hazardous Weather. The parties recognize that the employees covered under this Agreement are essential employees. The parties recognize that the University does not stop providing services when inclement weather impacts campus, and all employees covered under this Agreement are expected to report to his/her/their regularly scheduled shift. When the weather conditions pose a significant risk of injury, death or loss of property to employees covered under this Agreement, the Employer will take steps to minimize the risk.
