(A) Humanitarian guidelines respecting the responsibilities of the parties in case of adverse or extreme weather conditions that affect the health and personal safety of employees members shall be of prime consideration. Both parties agree to enter into discussions to develop individual memorandums of understanding for each work unit in the bargaining unit to determine their particular working procedures and conditions during hazardous weather.
