Hazardous Substance. In addition to substances generally recognized as hazardous substances or characterized as such under applicable legislation, hazardous substance shall include any solid, liquid, gas, odour, heat, sound, vibration, radiation or combination of them that may impair the natural environment, injure or damage property, plant or animal life or harm or impair the health of any individual.
