Common use of Hazardous Substance Clause in Contracts

Hazardous Substance. “Hazardous Substance” means any pollutant, contaminant, toxic substance, hazardous waste, hazardous material, hazardous substance, petroleum or petroleum product, asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls, underground or aboveground storage tanks and the contents thereof including, without limitation, any such materials defined in or regulated pursuant to any Environmental Law.

Hazardous Substance. “Hazardous Substance” Substance means any pollutant, contaminant, toxic waste, hazardous substance, hazardous waste, hazardous materialor dangerous goods in such quantities and concentrations as contravene applicable limitations under Environmental Law and that may impair the Environment, hazardous substance, petroleum injure or petroleum product, asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls, underground damage property or aboveground storage tanks and plant or animal life or harm or impair the contents thereof including, without limitation, health of any such materials defined in or regulated pursuant to any Environmental Lawindividual.

Hazardous Substance. The term “Hazardous Substance” means shall mean any pollutanthazardous or toxic substances, contaminantmaterials or wastes, toxic substanceor pollutants or contaminants as defined, hazardous waste, hazardous material, hazardous substance, petroleum listed or petroleum product, asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls, underground regulated by any Environmental Law or aboveground storage tanks and the contents thereof by common law decision including, without limitation, any such materials defined in chlorinated solvents; petroleum products or regulated pursuant to any Environmental Lawby products; asbestos; and polychlorinated biphenyl.

Hazardous Substance. “Hazardous Substance” means shall mean any pollutant, contaminantsubstance or material defined or designated as a hazardous waste, toxic substance, hazardous waste, hazardous material, hazardous substance, petroleum solid waste or petroleum product, asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls, underground other pollutant or aboveground storage tanks and the contents thereof including, without limitation, any such materials defined in or regulated pursuant to contaminant under any Environmental LawLaws.

Hazardous Substance. The term “Hazardous Substance” means shall mean any pollutanthazardous or toxic substances, contaminantmaterials or wastes, toxic substanceor pollutants or contaminants as defined, hazardous waste, hazardous material, hazardous substance, petroleum listed or petroleum product, asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls, underground regulated by any Environmental Law or aboveground storage tanks and the contents thereof by common law decision including, without limitation, any such materials defined in chlorinated solvents; petroleum products or regulated pursuant to any Environmental Lawby-products; asbestos; and polychlorinated biphenyl.

Hazardous Substance. “Hazardous Substance” means any material, substance or “extremely hazardous waste,” “restricted hazardous waste,” “Contaminant,” “pollutant, contaminant, ,” “toxic waste,” or “toxic substance,” under any provision of Environmental Law and any other substance considered toxic, hazardous waste, hazardous material, hazardous substance, petroleum or petroleum product, asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls, underground a potential threat to human health or aboveground storage tanks and the contents thereof including, without limitation, environment or otherwise regulated under any such materials defined in or regulated pursuant to any applicable Environmental Law.

Hazardous Substance. “Hazardous Substance” means any pollutantsubstance that is listed, contaminantdefined, designated or classified as hazardous, toxic substanceor otherwise harmful or as a pollutant or contaminant under applicable Environmental Laws including petroleum products and byproducts, hazardous waste, hazardous asbestos-containing material, hazardous substance, petroleum or petroleum product, asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls, underground or aboveground storage tanks biphenyls and the contents thereof including, without limitation, any such materials defined in or regulated pursuant to any Environmental Lawradon.

Hazardous Substance. “Hazardous Substance” means any pollutantsubstance defined as “waste”, contaminant“hazardous waste”, “hazardous substance”, “hazardous material”, “toxic substance”, hazardous waste“pollutant”, hazardous material“contaminant” in, hazardous substance, petroleum or petroleum product, asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls, underground or aboveground storage tanks and the contents thereof including, without limitation, any such materials defined in or regulated pursuant which are otherwise specifically subject to regulation under any Environmental Law.

Hazardous Substance. “Hazardous Substance” Substance means any pollutant, contaminant, toxic waste, hazardous substance, hazardous waste, hazardous materialor dangerous goods in such quantities and concentrations as contravene applicable limitations under Environmental Law and that may impair the environment, hazardous substance, petroleum injure or petroleum product, asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls, underground damage property or aboveground storage tanks and plant or animal life or harm or impair the contents thereof including, without limitation, health of any such materials defined in or regulated pursuant to any Environmental Lawindividual.

Hazardous Substance. “Hazardous Substance” " means any pollutantpetroleum or petroleum-related product, contaminant, any materials containing friable asbestos or any other pollutant or hazardous or toxic substance, hazardous waste, material or substance (as such terms are used in applicable Laws regulating the generation, storage, transportation, discharge, disposal, release or removal of environmentally hazardous material, hazardous substance, petroleum or petroleum product, asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls, underground or aboveground storage tanks and the contents thereof including, without limitation, any such materials defined in or regulated pursuant to any Environmental Lawsubstances).

Hazardous Substance. “Hazardous Substance” means mean any pollutantsolid, liquid, gas, odour, heat, sound, vibration, radiation, smoke, contaminant, toxic substancepollutant, hazardous waste, hazardous materialsubstance or material or combination of them that may impair the Environment, hazardous substanceinjure or damage property or plant or animal life or harm or impair the health of any individual and in each case that is defined, petroleum prohibited, regulated or petroleum product, asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls, underground or aboveground storage tanks and the contents thereof including, without limitation, any such materials defined in or regulated reportable pursuant to any Environmental Law.

Hazardous Substance. “The term "Hazardous Substance” means " shall mean ------------------- any pollutanthazardous or toxic substances, contaminantmaterials or wastes, toxic substanceor pollutants or contaminants as defined, hazardous waste, hazardous material, hazardous substance, petroleum listed or petroleum product, asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls, underground regulated by any Environmental Law or aboveground storage tanks and the contents thereof by common law decision including, without limitation, any such materials defined in chlorinated solvents; petroleum products or regulated pursuant to any Environmental Lawbyproducts; asbestos; and polychlorinated biphenyl.

Hazardous Substance. The term “Hazardous SubstanceSubstances” means any pollutantwaste, contaminantchemical, toxic material or substance that is listed or regulated, whether presently or in the future, under Environmental Laws as a “hazardous” or “toxic” substance, hazardous material or waste, hazardous material, hazardous or as a “contaminant,” or is otherwise listed or regulated under Environmental Laws (irrespective of whether it is listed as a “hazardous” or “toxic” substance, petroleum material or petroleum productwaste or as a “contaminant”), asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls, underground or aboveground storage tanks including Solid Waste and the contents thereof including, without limitation, any such materials defined in or regulated pursuant to any Environmental Lawmunicipal wastes.
