Hazardous Duty. The Union, and not any individual employee, shall upon request be granted a hearing by the Office of Labor Relations concerning a claim for hazardous or unpleasant duty pay differential. Disputes under this section shall not be subject to the Grievance and Arbitration Article. The hourly pay differential which was established for certain designated job assignments or working conditions in the Department of Correction shall continue under the criteria and standards for payment established in prior agreements. The hourly pay differential rate shall be fifty-five cents ($0.55) per hour.
