Common use of Hazard Insurance Clause in Contracts

Hazard Insurance. Pursuant to the terms of the Mortgage, all buildings or other improvements upon the Mortgaged Property are insured by an insurer acceptable in accordance with Seller's Underwriting Guidelines against loss by fire, hazards of extended coverage and such other hazards as are customary in the area where the Mortgaged Property is situated as well as all additional requirements set forth in Section 2.10 of the Interim Servicing Agreement. If required by the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968, as amended, each Mortgage Loan is covered by a flood insurance policy meeting the requirements of the current guidelines of the Federal Insurance Administration as in effect which policy conforms to Seller's Underwriting Guidelines as well as all additional requirements set forth in Section 2.10
