Haul Route. The Design-Builder shall select haul routes between the Project and Material source(s) that will minimize disturbance to the community. The Design-Builder shall furnish to the Department, for review, his plan for the haul route and for minimizing the adverse effects of hauling operations on Persons who reside adjacent to the haul route or Persons who otherwise use a portion of the haul route for ingress or egress to their residential or work area. The Department may select alternate haul routes, divide the hauling traffic over several routes, and impose other restrictions deemed necessary to minimize the impact of the hauling operation on local residents.
Haul Route. “Haul Route” means the system of haul roads between a source site and the destination and/or the source site and the nearest major intersection as determined by the County.

Haul Route. The PDBT shall receive written approval of its haul route from the Engineer, prior to hauling any dirt, construction materials, or construction waste over CITY rights-of-way.
Haul Route. A dedicated haul route shall be identified, and any damage linked with the development activity shall be rectified the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works.
Haul Route. Because of the width and alignment of Bean Hollow Road, all roll-off trucks, loaded or unloaded, shall enter and leave the transfer station site by way of the southerly segment of Bean Hollow Road, unless otherwise agreed upon by the County.
Haul Route. The Subcontractor shall follow the designated haul routes identified and provided and approved by the Base. The Subcontractor shall use appropriate signage and traffic controls depending on the truck traffic and location. This activity also needs to be coordinated to meet any Force Protection level requirements enforced by the Base for transit.
