HARVESTING RIGHTS. 14.(6) This Agreement provides the Inuvialuit with certain harvesting rights to wildlife in the Western Arctic Re- gion. The exercise of the Inuvialuit rights to harvest is subject to laws of general application respecting public safety and conservation. Nothing in this section gives the Inuvialuit a proprietary interest in any wildlife. Subject to the qualifications set out in subsections (15) to (18), these harvesting rights include:
HARVESTING RIGHTS. 4. The Final Agreement will provide that Tsawwassen First Nation has the right to harvest, in accordance with the Final Agreement, Wildlife for Domestic Purposes in the Tsawwassen Wildlife harvest area. HARVESTING RIGHTS. The draft Agreement-in- Principle proposes NStQ rights to harvest plants, wildlife and migratory birds for food, social and ceremonial purposes. The geographical boundaries of NStQ First Nations’ harvesting areas will be negotiated in a Final Agreement.
HARVESTING RIGHTS. 8.1.1 The Final Agreement will provide that the Beneficiaries have the right to Harvest Fish, Wildlife, Migratory Birds and Plants for Domestic Purposes in the Settlement Area throughout the year in accordance with the Final Agreement.

If Tesla is unable to remedy the problem or secure an alternative source of supply within [***] after its initial failure to supply, then Tesla shall consult with ViewRay and the parties shall work together to remedy the problem. If Tesla is unable to remedy the supply problem after [***] (or longer as agreed in writing by the parties), commencing with the date upon which such failure to supply began, then ViewRay may at its option, and upon notice to Tesla, manufacture the Products itself or through a third party in accordance with the provisions of Section 3.10(b).

If the Drag-Along Sale is not consummated with respect to any Common Shares acquired upon exercise of such options, or the Drag-Along Sale is not consummated, such options shall be deemed not to have been exercised or canceled, as applicable.
