Common use of Harassment Clause in Contracts

Harassment. The Employer and the Union agree that no form of harassment shall be condoned in the workplace and it is further agreed that both parties will work together in recognizing and dealing with such problems, should they arise. Situations involving harassment shall be treated in strict confidence by both the Employer and the Union.
